Snapped Threads

Hey book lovers!!
I am back with another review!!
This time it is an ebook by a 16 yr old girl.
Yes, the Author of the book is a kid but, just by age.
If you'll read her work, you'll definitely fall in love with it.

So, here goes my review:

Blurb:
She turned the key of her car and it sputtered to life. She jammed the accelerator as the engine roared. With all her might, she pulled the gears and the world behind them blurred away. As they pushed past the house, she heard a deafening scream from a familiar voice. “Enigma!” The lady cried as the people in the market turned in hopes of gathering new gossip. Marinated in a world of competition, Snapped Threads is a portrayal of a struggle for justice. The story weaves together diverse lives against the backdrop of an art theft. Renewing the essence of love, friendship, betrayal, ambition and greed, the story is a reflection of an encounter made at the crossroads of deception and loyalty. The characters embark on new journeys-some with the desires to fulfill dreams, some to satisfy the hunger for wealth and power and some in search of acceptance in an altering world. A tryst with life and a celebration of love, the crime thriller is set at the dawn of a new beginning, bringing into its folds the commitments, responsibilities and perceptions that result from a serious theme attempted in a light environment. Flip through the pages to discover how the characters eventually let the threads roll out the paths of these new journeys.

About the Author:
Riddhi Agarwal is a 16 year-old residing in Kochi. She is a focused student, an ardent reader and an enthusiastic traveler. A girl with big dreams and wild imagination, she hopes to make a difference in her own little ways.

My review:
A thriller story.
The Author has done quite a lot of research and it shows in the story.
The plot is very nice, every character is portrayed very nicely.
The end of the story was really good.
The story shows the struggle for justice, friendship, betrayal, greed, enmity, lust for wealth and satisfaction of life by fulfilling dreams.
It shows the darker side of the people
All in all, a really good read.

My ratings: 4 out of 5 stars.

Didn’t you embrace the wind you felt on your face while riding your scooter? Didn’t it make you smile? Didn’t you cry when you thought about the fact that there might be a few years left for you to live wi...

Let's pour our heart out today!!

People often say, things never come easily to us. We need to work hard and really very hard to get the things in life that we really want to achieve. Often times I think about being a content writer, sometimes a data scientist or maybe a teacher or just staying a reader for life. People say that I've not been doing much in life professionally/ career related because they do not see me growing. I too think about all this many a times because who doesn't? I like to call these kind of days, " Reflection Days " when I sit down with a diary in hand (sometimes not even a diary) and think about everything I have done, achieved, experienced, regret not doing in this whole life or just the past year to be specific. The conclusion that I reach upon is considerably vague because I just cannot reach a proper conclusion to all these things, I guess no one can. Nonetheless, I reach upon the conclusion that I might have not done what my friends are doing or I might not have achieved...
