IN LOVE WITH SIMRAN

I received this book in return of an honest review. Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌠/5 stars. Blurb: Sanjana's best friend at college is murdered. She was in love with a business tycoon named Nik Sethi, and Sanjana is certain that he killed her. In an effort to find proof, she decides to get close to him. Good looking and rich, Nik falls in love with Sanjana instantly, but a month later, when he accidentally discovers her real agenda, he throws her out of his life. Determined to nail him, Sanjana's desperation exceeds all limits when she realizes that she too, like her friend, has fallen in love with a killer. After she escaped an attack one night, Sanjana quits college and goes into hiding. Now her only ambition is to punish the killer and her only weapon is her body. In a last, desperate attempt, she uses herself as bait and pursues her best plan. There are only two options: she becomes a victim or becomes a victor. My review: The title of the book attracted me, because obviously my name

LEHENGEY AND LAFDEY

A humorous story of marriage and it's crazy rituals. The Author narrates incidents which happen with him during the journey of getting married to the love of his life. It is an interesting book. Relatable to who are already married and rhe ones who are going to get married. Language used is simple and easily understandable. I'd rate this book 🌟🌟🌟🌠/5 stars.

SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS

Have you been in love? Have you been in a relationship with you true love despite knowing that your family or the society won't accept it? Ever been in a relationship which has a large age gap? Then you would be able to relate with "Sometimes it happens" by Karan Sharma. The story revolves around the love life of Gautam, a 25 year old upcoming professional and Roshni, a senior management member working in the same Multinational Bank. The difference between their ages is 12 years. Gautam's best friend, Rohit and his sister, Richa try to make him understand that this age difference is going to be a biggest hurdle in their lives. Things change when Gautam moves to Singapore for a month due to some work. He realized something which he'd have realized before. The story is unique and not like any other normal love story (A new concept). Language used is easily understandable. The writer did justice to the characters. I'd rate this book 🌟🌟🌟🌟/5 stars.

LOVE, A RATHER BAD IDEA, ALL IT GIVES IS A LOUSY HANGOVER

Today's book is "Love, a rather bad idea, all it gives is a lousy hangover" by Anirban Mukherjee. I picked this one from the World Book Fair, Delhi. The cover was nice but didn't go with the title, neither did it go with the story. Title: The title just didn't do justice to the story, here the title and the story are like two parallel lines which can never meet. My review: The language used can easily be understood. The story was nice but not too good. It is just a one time read. All the people living or have lived in hostels can in many ways relate to the story and can re-live the memories of their hostel life. In the end, friendship and love conquers over everything else and the story has a nice end. I'd give this book 🌟🌟🌟/5 stars.
