ALIVE by Rachna Chhachhi

This book talks about leading a life that is free from diseases and living a healthy lifestyle full of positivity. This is one of those books which I’m sure we would want to pass it on to other people as well because of the profound knowledge it contains. The title of the book tells us the meaning behind being alive. I am sure many of us are breathing but who exactly is living his/ her life to the fullest, that is the question? I would recommend this book to every single person out there to read it and implement all the things from this book in their real lives as well.

My thoughts on "Love for imperfect things"

Everybody needs time alone. When you have spent the whole day at work being harassed by others, and then return home to find your family won’t leave you in peace, you can easily become annoyed or angry. At such times, do not blame yourself for getting annoyed. Instead, take some time for yourself by stopping by your favorite bookstore, coffee shop, or a temple perhaps. Go for a quiet walk alone and listen to your favorite songs. Being alone makes the world pause for a moment and helps to restore harmony. So, I have been reading this book called “ Love for imperfect things: How to accept yourself in a world striving for perfection ” by Haemin Sunim , and this was one of the quotes I read in the novel. What do you think about this quote dear one? Do we really need some time alone or is it just a myth? Well, I think taking some time alone is a necessity. After having a tiring day at work when you are on your way home, your mind is full of chaos, stress, and worries of the whole...

Vitamin H(appiness)- 3rd part

VITAMIN H(APPINESS) III- EDITION The third and the last part of the series called Vitamin H(appiness). One can start reading even without having read the earlier parts of the book but you’ll definitely, live-in suspense of the content of the other two books so go read them right now. This series is a collection of quotes and poems that readers can read on a daily basis, this book is actually designed that way. The other two books kept their focus on self-worth, empowerment, and spiritual lifestyle but this one talks about the mantras of success and I think it is safe to say that you will be applying them in your life if you commit to these mantras. Other than the review of the content of the book, the cover, and the writing style along with the language was pretty nice and the Author has truly done a great job by writing this precious book (along with the other two).

Of the heart and soul- a mellifluous whisper

Of the heart and soul- a mellifluous whisper   A beautiful book that can be easily read within an hour because of its length. The cover is really pretty and the title is appropriate as well. We oftentimes relate to nature and this book will exactly let you do that; it’ll connect your emotions with mother nature and will let you live them. For a nature lover, this is definitely a go-to book and for someone who isn’t, pick this one and read it and you’ll definitely come back saying that you’ve fallen in love with the beauty of nature.

WHEN THE WILDFLOWERS BLOOM

When the wildflowers bloom Cover: The cover of the book is alluring. Look at the cover, why won’t you pick up such a beautiful book? I absolutely fell in love with it. Title: The most appropriate title the Author could have thought of is this one truly. Blurb: Don’t try to predict life, try to explore it instead. Letter from a reader

If we are asked to talk about something that doesn’t make us think too much then I’m sure we will all talk about something we adore or absolutely love which we call our passion. For me, this little girl, that you are listening to, it is reading and writing. Such a cliché thing, you might think but wait, my friend, I wasn’t always a reader or I didn’t always keep a diary or a pen in my bag. It all started a few years back when I went out to eat with my family and stumbled upon a stall which had thousands of novels on it, at first, I was a little shy to even go forward and have a look but I walked towards it anyways and picked up a book which was called “Life is what you make it”. Another cliché thing to say but, somewhere deep down in my heart I could listen to a voice asking me to buy that book and therefore I started my reading journey. Yes, all of them say the right thing when they say that you should take that one little step and that one step can lead you to a path un...

A letter of Hope

Hello sunshine, It’s been a long time since I last wrote anything to you. How have you been coping up with daily life which is usually a roller coaster ride, my dearest? I know, not every day is the best but not all days are bad as well, right? The same was the case with me, I was having an emotional breakdown this past week and had no one to share it with. The people who wanted to know weren’t the ones I wanted to tell things to. Therefore, no one. If you ask me, how am I doing today? Pretty good would the answer you’ll receive. Some days, I find it hard to wake up and some nights it is difficult to fall asleep, these feelings and emotions just know their way inside someone’s mind but no way outside it. Sometimes listening to the lyrics of each peaceful song helps and sometimes just talking to an old friend and reminiscing helps.  Healing is something that will start the minute you decide it for yourself, this is the lesson that I learned through a series of emotion...
