Letter from a reader

If we are asked to talk about something that doesn’t make us think too much then I’m sure we will all talk about something we adore or absolutely love which we call our passion.

For me, this little girl, that you are listening to, it is reading and writing. Such a cliché thing, you might think but wait, my friend, I wasn’t always a reader or I didn’t always keep a diary or a pen in my bag.

It all started a few years back when I went out to eat with my family and stumbled upon a stall which had thousands of novels on it, at first, I was a little shy to even go forward and have a look but I walked towards it anyways and picked up a book which was called “Life is what you make it”.

Another cliché thing to say but, somewhere deep down in my heart I could listen to a voice asking me to buy that book and therefore I started my reading journey.

Yes, all of them say the right thing when they say that you should take that one little step and that one step can lead you to a path unknown and lets you create your own little world.

I have so much to say and my heart is filled with joyous memories of whenever I receive a book mail.

I find myself lucky to be a part of something intellectual. Books have helped me achieve many things in life and most importantly, I now live with peace and a feeling of content in my heart.

This sure is not a one day, week, or a month’s journey but it took me years for being this kind of a person that I’ve become and I wake up each morning with a feeling of being grateful for every little thing in life and most importantly, my little friends that people call books.

Everyone has a purpose and a calling in life or so I believe it. I found mine in books, Yours would be different but one thing is for sure, it’ll make you wake up each morning with a glow on your face and a beautiful smile.

Sunshine, it is not always easy to be our best selves in all the situations but you’ve got to start from a certain point, right? Tell me something, didn’t you smile last night when your whole family was with you last night, enjoying dinner and watching TV while talking about your childhood memories they cherish till date? Didn’t you embrace the wind you felt on your face while riding your scooter? Didn’t it make you smile? Didn’t you cry when you thought about the fact that there might be a few years left for you to live wi...

Let's pour our heart out today!!

People often say, things never come easily to us. We need to work hard and really very hard to get the things in life that we really want to achieve. Often times I think about being a content writer, sometimes a data scientist or maybe a teacher or just staying a reader for life. People say that I've not been doing much in life professionally/ career related because they do not see me growing. I too think about all this many a times because who doesn't? I like to call these kind of days, " Reflection Days " when I sit down with a diary in hand (sometimes not even a diary) and think about everything I have done, achieved, experienced, regret not doing in this whole life or just the past year to be specific. The conclusion that I reach upon is considerably vague because I just cannot reach a proper conclusion to all these things, I guess no one can. Nonetheless, I reach upon the conclusion that I might have not done what my friends are doing or I might not have achieved...
