A self- love letter to you, from you

Hello sunshine,

How are you doing?

Hope everything is fine in your life (and mind too).

I see, everyone is talking about #mentalhealth these days. Are you one of them?

Or are you one of those people who want people to talk to them, whenever in need?

Today, I want to share a little something with you Sunshine, ready to listen?

There are many people out there who want to have a companion in life, not because they really want a partner or because of the society but, only because they want people to be by their side whenever they feel low in life or whenever life gets way too overwhelming for them.

And, it is perfectly fine to feel overwhelmed sometimes. If you have a partner (they can be your love partner or a friend or a family member too) to talk to, then you are the lucky one.

Even if you do not have one, it is perfectly fine, you can do one thing, just write all the negative emotions or feelings in your diary (or journal) and then try changing them to affirmations, it will surely look like a hectic task in the beginning but, you need to start from somewhere right? You don’t need to be stuck all the time, do you?

Start your day by some ‘me- time’ for just an hour, is it too much to ask for? From your own life?

Reading something or listen to a podcast or just meditate, it will definitely help in you being a happy and positive person.

Your mind does all the working, if you think about winning a game all the time and put your best efforts in it, then no one can stop you.

If you think that you are a failure in life then no matter how much you think about become a successful person, you will fail.

Positive affirmations and positive thinking can help become a better person.

I am not saying because I have read it somewhere or someone told me this, I am very much capable of saying this because I have been through dealing with emotional breakdown, anxiety attacks, not having people around when I needed them the most yes, I have been through all of it, and I still sometime experience things what I went through in the past but, your past cannot define your future, right?

You can still be someone better, only if you set your heart, mind, soul and body to it.

People can write so many books about self- love, happiness and positivity but implementing it in life is a task for people, once you achieve everything, it changes your life forever, you start seeing good in the bad, happiness in the sadness, positive in the negatives which ultimately makes us a calm and a better person in life.

I really hope you are ready to become a better person in life, Sunshine.

Until next time,

With loads and loads of love,

Yours Self

A self love letter to you, from you, Sunshine :)

Hello Sunshine, How have you been doing these past few days? I know, this is a touché topic to talk about these days but I hope things will get better real soon and we’ll all be able to forget this new normal and will get back to being out older selves with a few changed and better habits that we learned throughout this pandemic. Sunshine, it is not always easy to be our best selves in all the situations but you’ve got to start from a certain point, right? I heard you’ve been thinking that you’re turning into an emotionless being? That you have no idea what you are feeling and why. Tell me something, didn’t you smile last night when your whole family was with you last night, enjoying dinner and watching TV while talking about your childhood memories they cherish till date? Didn’t you embrace the wind you felt on your face while riding your scooter? Didn’t it make you smile? Didn’t you cry when you thought about the fact that there might be a few years left for you to live wi...

Let's pour our heart out today!!

People often say, things never come easily to us. We need to work hard and really very hard to get the things in life that we really want to achieve. Often times I think about being a content writer, sometimes a data scientist or maybe a teacher or just staying a reader for life. People say that I've not been doing much in life professionally/ career related because they do not see me growing. I too think about all this many a times because who doesn't? I like to call these kind of days, " Reflection Days " when I sit down with a diary in hand (sometimes not even a diary) and think about everything I have done, achieved, experienced, regret not doing in this whole life or just the past year to be specific. The conclusion that I reach upon is considerably vague because I just cannot reach a proper conclusion to all these things, I guess no one can. Nonetheless, I reach upon the conclusion that I might have not done what my friends are doing or I might not have achieved...
