NETRA

Blurb:
Iris, a girl living with her grandma loves to listen to bedtime stories since childhood. All stories of fairies and gods and Demons, all kind of fantasy, she used to enjoy all those. Even her grandmother enjoys telling her all those stories. Everything was as normal as it could be till that one day. It was the arrival of the Demon King to destroy heavens by killing all Gods. Iris unknown about all this get to know about her fate to save the universe from the wrath of the Demon Lord. The God of Gods, the AL father Matae makes her understand about the origin of the universe and the about the two attributes Light and Dark. He tells her all about her origin, his aim of creating her and his actual intentions. This story is the journey of a regular girl Iris to a demi-god named NETRA and how she will protect the cosmos from destruction.

About The Author:
Shakyamuni Sanket, author of NETRA- The child of eternity was a great fan of fantasy fiction. Since the day he was introduced to the comic books and fiction stories, as a child he was always fascinated by all those characters, those heroes and villains have always drawn him deep into their stories. Gradually, the Japanese manga and animations grabbed his attention. And since then, he became a great fan of Japanese anime. Science and mythology are the two attributes which have always excited the author to read and explore such stories. It’s a small attempt of the author to make him jump out of his comfort zone. Becoming a doctor was all he wanted but now he wants to achieve something more from life. All he wants is to leave behind a legacy and it’s a small start to that journey.

My review:
I loved the cover, the combination of blue makes it look more appealing.
It is a combination of stories of Gods and Demons.
A really nice book.
Language used is easily understandable.
Science and mythology makes a really nice combination to read.
Author has done a really nice job.

Didn’t you embrace the wind you felt on your face while riding your scooter? Didn’t it make you smile? Didn’t you cry when you thought about the fact that there might be a few years left for you to live wi...

Let's pour our heart out today!!

People often say, things never come easily to us. We need to work hard and really very hard to get the things in life that we really want to achieve. Often times I think about being a content writer, sometimes a data scientist or maybe a teacher or just staying a reader for life. People say that I've not been doing much in life professionally/ career related because they do not see me growing. I too think about all this many a times because who doesn't? I like to call these kind of days, " Reflection Days " when I sit down with a diary in hand (sometimes not even a diary) and think about everything I have done, achieved, experienced, regret not doing in this whole life or just the past year to be specific. The conclusion that I reach upon is considerably vague because I just cannot reach a proper conclusion to all these things, I guess no one can. Nonetheless, I reach upon the conclusion that I might have not done what my friends are doing or I might not have achieved...
