Volcanic moments: A book by Mona Mohanty. It is a collection of different short stories with no specific genre/concept throughout the book. Contains short stories like: The Game Of Life, The Makeover, The Message Of Love, etc. There's a twist at the end of every story which leaves us wanting to read more. I received this book in return of an honest review. Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌠/5 stars. Blurb: Sanjana's best friend at college is murdered. She was in love with a business tycoon named Nik Sethi, and Sanjana is certain that he killed her. In an effort to find proof, she decides to get close to him. Good looking and rich, Nik falls in love with Sanjana instantly, but a month later, when he accidentally discovers her real agenda, he throws her out of his life. Determined to nail him, Sanjana's desperation exceeds all limits when she realizes that she too, like her friend, has fallen in love with a killer. LOVE, A RATHER BAD IDEA, ALL IT GIVES IS A LOUSY HANGOVER

Today's book is "Love, a rather bad idea, all it gives is a lousy hangover" by Anirban Mukherjee. I picked this one from the World Book Fair, Delhi. The cover was nice but didn't go with the title, neither did it go with the story. Title: The title just didn't do justice to the story, here the title and the story are like two parallel lines which can never meet. My review: The language used can easily be understood. The story was nice but not too good. It is just a one time read. All the people living or have lived in hostels can in many ways relate to the story and can re-live the memories of their hostel life. In the end, friendship and love conquers over everything else and the story has a nice end. I'd give this book 🌟🌟🌟/5 stars.
